Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. pecan halves
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat
the
egg
white and water;
add spices and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Add pecan halves and mix gently until all are coated. Spread
on
a cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
