Ingredients

2 pie shells
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. milk
1 lb. bacon
Preparation

Fry bacon and drain.
Grate Cheddar cheese into pie shells. Crumble bacon into shells.
Cut Swiss cheese into pieces.
Beat eggs and milk with salt and pepper.
Pour over cheese mixture in pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
