Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate or 1/3 c. chocolate chips
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine milk and gelatin; let stand.
    Melt chocolate over low heat.
    Stir in sugar and milk mixture into chocolate.
    Beat in egg yolks (save egg whites) and salt.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture thickens slightly and coats a metal spoon. Add vanilla and let cool.
