Lemon Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. scalded milk
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 eggs, separated
    2 lemons, juiced
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and cornstarch. Add hot milk and cook in double boiler for 20 minutes.
    Add beaten egg yolks, juice of lemons and rind of one. Take from heat and add butter.
    Fold in 1 egg white.
    Make meringue with the other two whites and spread on pie. Bake in high oven.
