Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. orzo (16 oz. box)
    1/2 c. finely diced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until golden brown.
    Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add orzo (uncooked), water and cheese.
    Season if desired.
    Pour into 1 3/4-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
