Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Mix dry ingredients and combine. Add chopped nuts.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    Divide batter and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (Instead of loaf pans, a 9 x 14-inch oblong cake pan can be used.)
