Cheese Filled Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large peppers (red, green, yellow)
    6 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
    1/2 clove garlic
    2 to 3 slices day old Italian bread
    about 3/4 c. milk
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut and save tops of peppers.
    Clean and chop together the parsley and garlic.
    Trim crust off bread and shred it.
    Moisten bread with enough milk to make about 1 1/2 cups of damp bread.
    Put the bread-milk mix into a bowl.
    Add garlic, parsley, cheese, salt and egg; mix well.
    Add enough olive oil to make a soft paste.
    Fill peppers; dot with butter.
    Grease bottom of baking dish big enough to hold all peppers upright.
    Put tops on peppers and bake for 30 minutes.
