Salsa Guadalajhara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 fresh limes
    1 bunch fresh cilantro
    3 medium fresh tomatoes
    2 medium green peppers
    2 medium red peppers
    3 medium jalapeno peppers
    3 medium Vidalia onions
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    3 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Finely chop fresh cilantro; add to juice of 2 limes and the olive oil.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Blend ingredients; set aside. Finely chop remaining ingredients.
    Add oil mixture; blend.
    Let marinate for several hours.
    Can be served with tortilla chips or with crusty bread.
    Great heated and served over pasta.
