Blueberry Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until blended.
Beat egg yolks and add. Add flour, alternating with milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour 1/2 batter into greased pan.
Cover with flour coated berries; add remaining batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
