Easy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 large lemon, chopped coarsely (leave rind on; remove seeds)
1 stick margarine
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Place eggs, sugar, margarine and lemon in blender.
Whip until well blended.
Divide in 2 pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
This recipe will make 12 tarts using the small tart shells.
