Steak Rolls (Grilled)(Tender, Marinated Flank Steak!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flank steak
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Cut flank steak into 1/2-inch strips.
    Roll each strip into a roll approximately 3-inches in diameter.
    Fasten each roll with a toothpick.
    Combine all remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    Place meat in a glass dish.
    Top with marinade and allow to marinate overnight.
    When ready to cook, place steak rolls over a hot fire and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium done.
    Do not overcook.
    Serves 4 to 6.
