Peppermint Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake mix
    1 (12 oz.) tube whipped topping
    1 c. mini chocolate chips
    10 to 12 crushed peppermint candies
Preparation
    Mix cake as per box.
    Pour into a wax paper-lined jelly roll pan.
    You will not use all the batter.
    Bake, keeping close eye, so that it does not burn.
    Remove cake by inverting onto a tea towel.
    Remove wax paper and roll up from short end with towel inside.
    Let cool.
