Easy Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. gelatin (orange, lemon or lime)
    1 c. boiling water
    3 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Add other ingredients.
    Freeze until thick 1/2 inch from edge of refrigerator tray.
    Empty into mixing bowl and beat.
    Return to freezer.
