Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cornflakes
1 c. toasted shredded coconut
Preparation

Cream butter and both sugars.
Add beaten egg; mix.
Combine dry ingredients with creamed mixture.
Stir in cornflakes and coconut.
Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
