Quick Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 medium green pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Lightly brown beef in skillet.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cook until tender and clear; drain fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes.
