Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops or chicken breasts
    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice (with herbs and seasoning)
    1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 to 2 1/2 cans water
    sliced water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix rice, soup, vegetables and water together.
    Put into baking dish and lay pork chops on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, until meat is tender.
