Ham Cooked In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. medium dry red wine
    2 1/2 c. beef stock
    parsley sprigs
    bay leaves
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    ham (up to 10 lb.)
    1 c. apricot jam
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Cook ham at 325\u00b0.
    Baste every 10 minutes.
    When ham is done, remove skin from top and apply jam. Score.
    Turn oven to 450\u00b0.
    Brown.
