Tuna Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. oil
    1 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. cubed low-fat cheese
    1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna (water packed), drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Saute celery, onion and green pepper in oil until tender; stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Add macaroni, tomatoes, tuna, parsley and lemon juice.
    Pour into casserole and sprinkle paprika over top.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 4.
