Yellow Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow rice
1 can Mexicorn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick margarine
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions, omitting oil or margarine. When done, mix with all other ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Add more cheese on top, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
