Zucchini-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. white flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

In large bowl, mix together first 7 ingredients and set aside. In another bowl, cream eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together.
Fold in zucchini and crushed pineapple.
Next, fold in dry ingredients. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake in 2 greased loaf pans for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cool 20 minutes before removing from pans.
