Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    2 egg yolks and 1 whole egg
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 3/4 to 5 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs first, then add sugar, salt and milk.
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water, then add 3 cups flour.
    Beat well, then add 1/2 cup oil.
    Mix good.
    Add rest of flour a little at a time. Let dough stand 1 hour.
    Make into kolaches (about the size of a dinner roll with a \"well\" in the middle).
