Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 eggs, beaten
 
1 c. sour cream
1 stick softened margarine
1 can creamed corn
1 can kernel corn
1 box corn muffin mix
Preparation
- 
                            Beat all of the ingredients in 2-quart oven-safe casserole dish.
 
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Makes a delicious side dish for most meals.
Serves 4 to 6.
