Smoked Christmas Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (8 lb.) turkey
 
salt, pepper and garlic to taste
tenderized meat
1/4 c. oleo
Preparation
- 
                            Rub turkey with all the ingredients.
 
Place turkey in shallow pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 in cup of boiling water and oleo.
Bake 4 hours. Bake until tender.
