Potato Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. shoestring potatoes or pkg. Tater Tots
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. sauerkraut
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    In 9 x 9-inch pan, layer 1/2 of the potatoes, then the sauerkraut and ground beef.
    Cover with rest of potatoes.
    Cover mixture with chicken soup mixed with 1 cup milk. Lightly salt and pepper, then sprinkle cheese over the top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
