Corned Beef Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 - 9-inch pie crust shells
2 cans sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup chopped green pepper (bell pepper)
2 Tbsp. butter
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. minced onion (dry)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 can Corned Beef
6 oz. Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 cup Milk
Preparation

Saute green peppers with butter. Add drained mushrooms. Set aside to cool.
