Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 slices white toast
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Spread 2 tablespoons margarine over toast.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and cut into cubes.
    Combine tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper.
    Place cubes in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and add tomato mixture.
    Pour remaining melted margarine over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
