Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
28 large graham crackers
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter together.
Add beaten egg yolks, milk and salt.
Beat well.
Roll graham crackers very fine and mix with baking powder. Add to butter and sugar.
Mix.
Add vanilla and fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in 2 layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Let cool and frost with whipped cream.
