Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

1 large cream cheese (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 bottle Heinz chili sauce
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
dash of cayenne
2 drops Tabasco sauce
