Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. very warm water
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Place yeast in water.
    Melt oleo and cream with sugar in large bowl.
    Add beaten egg.
    Mix together dissolved yeast and cream mixture, then add flour.
    Stir until mixed well.
    Place in airtight bowl and keep in refrigerator.
    When ready to use, spoon in well-greased muffin pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    These are great, even more so for busy families.
