Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into greased bread pans.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, then at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 3 small or 2 large loaves.
