Green And Red Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes tiny peas, thawed
    2 ribs celery, sliced
    4 scallions with tops, sliced
    1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix peas with celery, scallions and radishes.
    Stir in mayonnaise and lemon juice to moisten and bind vegetables.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve in lettuce leaf cups.
    Makes 10 servings.
