Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. noodles
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, well drained
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook noodles.
    Return drained noodles to kettle.
    Saute mushrooms and onions about 3 minutes.
    Add to noodles.
    Stir in tuna, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
    Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
