Fried Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boned chicken breast, desired amount
    salt and pepper
    Bisquick
    sweet milk
Preparation
    Cut
    breast
    in
    finger
    size strips.
    Salt and pepper. Make a batter of Bisquick and sweet milk.
    Dip the chicken in batter, covering each piece well.
    Fry in deep fat (Crisco or Crisco oil). Drain on paper towels.
