Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 slices fat-free processed Swiss cheese sandwich slices
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/2 c. pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Pound chicken pieces until very thin and double in size. Spread with Dijon and top with a slice of Swiss cheese.
Roll up chicken with inside and secure with a toothpick.
Dip into egg whites and roll in crumbs.
Brown briefly in sprayed nonstick pan. Place in an ovenproof dish.
Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 4.
