Foil Baked Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. roast (a chuck roast is excellent for this)
    1/2 pkg. dry mushroom soup
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
    4 Tbsp. water or 1 (1 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Measure liquid and
    add
    water\tif
    necessary to make 4 tablespoons.
    Place roast
    on large, heavy piece of foil.
    Mix the onion and mushroom soups together and
    sprinkle
    over
    the top of the roast (no other seasoning
    is
    necessary).
    Dribble the
    water or
    mushrooms and liquid over the\tsoup
    and
    seal tightly in foil.
    Place on a cookie sheet and\tbake
    in a 250\u00b0 oven for at least 5 hours.
    Don't try to hurry it.
    (Very good for inexpensive meats.)
