Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. water
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter.
    Rub meat with flour.
    Brown in butter mixture.
    Add water and simmer for 15 minutes in covered pan.
    Add soups and mushrooms.
    Simmer 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
    Just before serving, add sour cream.
    Serve over noodles.
