Make Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. cooking oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put mixture into a boiler.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
When mixture forms a doughy lump, pour on waxed paper.
Knead until smooth.
Store in airtight container.
