Frozen Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 apples, diced
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, juices and salt.
Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool.
Add pineapple, celery, apples and nuts.
Fold in the cream which has been whipped.
Pour into an 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
Freeze.
Cut into squares.
Serve frozen on lettuce leaf.
