Baked Apple With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 large apples
cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Wash and core six large apples.
Fill the centers with sugar and cinnamon.
Pour a little water over the apples.
Bake in moderate oven.
Make a sauce with sugar, cornstarch and one egg. Flavor with vanilla.
Children like them.
