Banana Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed ripe banana
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

In large bowl, stir together dry ingredients; set aside.
In small bowl mix egg, banana, milk and oil.
Add liquid mixture, all at once, to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased muffin cup 2/3 full.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
