Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 carrots, sliced
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender and drain well.
    Add remaining ingredients and heat until butter melts.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
