Hobo Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    4 carrots
    1 can cutlets
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with small amount water
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Chop onion, slice carrots and choplets.
    Saute onion and carrots.
    Add water and cook until tender.
    Thicken with cornstarch and add choplets.
    Heat through and pour over hot rice.
