Cucumber-Tuna Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cucumbers
    1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna, chilled, drained and flaked
    3/4 c. shredded American cheese (3 oz.)
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut cukes in half lengthwise; scrape out seeds.
    Cut a thin slice from bottom so they will set flat.
    Sprinkle cavity with salt.
    Combine remaining ingredients and fill shells.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serves 4.
