Salmon Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 qt. whole milk
    grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a saucepan, pour salmon and liquid in pan. Remove black skin and bones. Add milk and butter. Heat on medium until just before boiling point. Serve with crackers and sprinkle top with grated cheese.
