Boneless Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chicken breasts, split (cut)
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. flour (to dust)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut chicken (skinless) to 1 to 1 1/2-inch wide; leave the length.
    Shake chicken in flour.
    Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour soy sauce and orange juice on dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Cut with a fork!
