Carrot Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. shredded carrots
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 c. chopped dates (you can buy these already chopped in a box)
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
    In a large bowl, put oil, carrots, eggs, water and dates.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add nuts last.
    Grease 2 loaf pans and bake for 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    This bread is very moist and freezes well.
