Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1/2 c. Marsala wine
Preparation

Cut chicken into serving pieces.
Coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken pieces in mixture of egg and milk. Then roll in bread crumbs.
Place chicken into oiled baking pan, skin side up.
Make sure pieces are not touching.
Dot with butter or margarine and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until nicely browned.
Do not turn.
Drain fat.
Pour Marsala wine over chicken. Cover with foil.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
