Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 glove garlic
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    6 chopped green onions
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Put butter in cold skillet. Mince garlic, salt, pepper and sugar. Mash together and add to butter. Cook on low heat until butter is melted. Cook meat. Drain, then add to butter mixture. Add tomato sauce and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti. Put spaghetti in 13 x 9 dish. Add meat mixture on top of spaghetti. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and onions. Add this mixture to top of meat. Add Cheddar cheese on very top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
