Orange Caramel Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. grated orange rind
marshmallows
pound cake cubes
apples
strawberries
bananas
chopped nuts
toasted coconut
Preparation

Microwave caramels, juice and rind in medium bowl on High for 3 minutes. Stir.
Continue cooking 30 seconds to 1 minute or until sauce is smooth, stirring often.
Pour into fondue pot and keep warm while serving.
Dip cake and fruit in sauce and then in coconut and nuts.
