Sandy'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    chopped parsley to taste
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion, milk and oregano in bowl.
    Chill, covered, until slightly firm.
    Shape mixture into ball; roll in parsley to coat.
    Serve with crackers or Melba toast rounds.
